What is the easiest way of accruing Velocity points without travelling?

I have utilised the annual Starworld point option and I hold a Credit Card which provided Velocity FF miles. Looking for other ways to boost the points total.

Thank you.

Thanks Jared. I do always fill up at BP when possible and I also utilise the Global Wallet to earn point bonuses as well.

You can also buy things online through velocity for extra points.

The easiest way is to look through Velocity's long list of partners and to find businesses that sell what you want to buy and that accept your preferred method of payment but while also awarding points on top, such as with the Apple Store, BP, Lumo (electricity), Jetts Fitness, Virgin Wines and Quickflix.

You'd then earn two serves of points: one from the Velocity partner, and the other by paying with your Global Wallet card or Velocity-earning credit card.

Thanks Chris. I had not considered the Velocity eStore:

Looking through the partner list there's quite a few companies that I buy from regulary that I've been missing out on points with! Great tip, thanks for sharing.

Sign up to the Velocity Amex at the moment too, for a nice hit of 100,000 velocity points and two free flights and two lounge passes annually for only $349 per year

You don't earn any bonus points on the Velocity Platinum AMEX when shopping via the eStore as the transaction takes place with the merchant itself on its own website, so doesn't appear as 'Virgin Australia' on the card statement.

However, if you're buying from an overseas merchant, you do earn two points per dollar on that card – as you would on any international transaction.

That's another good tip! Thanks Hayden and thank you Chris for the extra clarification.
