Won't be until after the A330 upgrade is completed.

The oldest OQA/ NBW is only 7.5 yrs old (and was grounded for some time) and the youngest OQL only 4.2yrs
With a typical 20-yr life, a refresh would normally be at the 10-yr spot.
That said it wouldn't surprise me if QF activates its Dreamliner options for a 2017 delivery, that it also decides to refresh the A380 to a similar product standard around 2017/18
Reality is F is still very nice, albeit a more open design than some. J has a fully flat bed, just not all-aisle access, PY is still market leading, and Y is relatively decent (albeit could do with better seat pitch)

Y could do with armrests that fold all the way up, to enable better use of an adjoining spare seat, should you be lucky enough to land one.

Any other leading airline would continue the upgrade program once the a330s were all upgraded. Either Qantas is showing lack of foresight or is being cagey. Not sure which!
