I'll be flying MEL to Hangzhou via HKG tomorrow with Qantas and dragonair. I've just acquired QF gold status and will be transiting in HK for 2 hours.

So I'd love to hear people's opinions on which lounge to spend my time in, I know I have access to many, quick shower, bit of food and bev and some email catchup, thoughts?

Of the business lounges my preference in order would be

QF Business, CX Wing Business, CX Bridge.

Both QF and CX Wing are nearer immigration so may be a long walk depending on what gates you are using. CX Bridge is more central

As Sapphire, I'd go to the Bridge near gate 35.

The barrista makes great coffee.

I'd avoid the Cabin. It's a bit of a zoo.

The noodle bar at the Wing is also good but the Wing is not an enclosed lounge so you will hear the noise from the terminal.

QF HKG lounge is one of the best J lounges in the world IMO.

I recommend but not strongly recommend QF lounge as the lounge is crowdedat that time.

If I am you, I will choose the lounge which is closer to the gate. If it is close to gate 1-7 and gate 500s, I'll go to The Wing which has shower rooms.

If it is gate 27-71, I'll go to The Bridge

For the he rest, I'll go to the QF lounge

Hope it helps!
