Purchase an Economy ticket in M class or higher. Select Redeem Miles on the CX website.From the drop down box select One way upgrade economy to premium economy .If available 12500 Asiamiles will be required to be in your account at the time of redemption. Then procced with the confirmation. It is very straight forward should CX PE be your desired cabin!!!

You can't use Qantas points to upgrade on non Qantas operated and marketed flights.
