If you are able why not try them both?? Air NZ has just opened and is impressive - the Singapore lounge is only a couple of years old... they tend to be more strict on entry to the Singapore Lounge but if you know the rules you should be fine.
They're next door to one another, sample them both. AirNZ lounge tends to be a little crowded in my experience as it caters for not just NZ flyers but also many on VA and is also the default lounge for United and Air Canada, but business class or Gold status on any Star Alliance airline is enough to get you through the door at the SQ lounge. Coffee definitely better at the AirNZ lounge, breakfast also a winner, but overall I like the spread of food and quieter nature of the SQ lounge.

Best Star Alliance SYD Lounge? Air NZ or Singapore? I've got a flight out with Air Canada and wondering which to try!
