I'm flying to London via Singapore on a Qantas A380 next month. I'm in premium economy, and have the option of selecting my seats now. I've automatically put myself in 24K on the inbound and outbound legs for LHR. Guessing this is a new, retrofitted A380. One problem. I don't have a window. Any opinions? Do i take unrestricted legroom over no window, seated in a busy area and not able to use IFE on takeoff and landing. Thanks.

Daylight on these flights is minimal and you don't see much from that height anyway. Legroom or see if seatguru.com has been updated.

Thanks Dunc. I'll stick with 24K.

I'd definitely go fo the legroom... honestly, as nice as a window is for light and the sense of 'open-ness', you won't actually spend much time looking through it (not a lot to see!) and for much of the journey it'll be closed and/or you'll be asleep anyway. Take the legroom, because you'll have the whole flight to enjoy it!

FYI all PE seats have in arm IFE meaning they must all be stowed for take off and landing!

Will miss the tail camera then. No worries.
