If you are in business class on any Oneworld airline or have Oneworld 'Sapphire' or higher status in a Oneworld airline's frequent flyer program you can use the business class lounge of any other Oneworld airline. So if you were in Finnair business class, or economy class but hold a Sapphire-level card such as Qantas Gold or Finnair Plus Gold, you can use the CX lounge.
