Trying to book a rewards set with Virgin Australia

Has anyone experienced difficulty in seeing available Rewards points seats when searching using the Virgin Australia website?

When searching through the website, I am clicking on the "use points plus pay" tab, however when running every possible international combination, I am only being presented with Any Seat availability. It isn't even showing up the column saying that the reward seats are not available. Maybe Virgin have moved reward seat booking elsewhere, but I am unable to see this on the website.

That simpy means there are no available rewards on the dates / flights you are looking at. You are searching correctly checking the 'points plus pay' option. When they aren't available the reward column isn't shown as you experienced.

They have reduced international reward seats significantly if you are looking at international flights. Domestically I haven't had any issues finding reward seats or using points for upgrades.
