Just wondering if anyone else has experienced issues with the recent DSC promo.
My partner and I both registered for the promo back in April (using the generic link) on the same computer. Because I registered first, when my partner registered with his QFF number, it sent an email to him advising successful registration, but referencing my QFF number (clearly a QF glitch).
We've spent 3 weeks chasing up non-credited DSCs as a result (and were a bit put out by the lack of response from QF to email correspondence). Finally, we resolved it yesterday. The person my partner spoke to at the QF call centre acknowledged that they've had 14,000 emails regarding technical glitches associated with the promo (!), and are still trying to resolve it for many people. Just thought I'd check if anyone else has been affected - and if not, but you haven't received your DSCs as yet, it might be worth checking in to see if something went wrong!

Qantas is notoriously slow to reply to emails. As a Platinum FF, I've sent a few emails through their contact form, including entering my FF number. You'd think that would prioritise a response but no, most of the replies took more than 10 days!

I booked flights 2 days apart using the link on the email. After I booked the second flight I recevied an email saying saying you are registered for the double status. The first flight is in J in July as a status run. Should I go on hold or wait till I have completed the trip ?
