Why is Qantas Shopping so slack crediting points?

Silver status with QFF
May 19, 2017, 11:09 AMI fly to Hong Kong every year in December for the international horse racing. I always apply for upgrade on points to J. The first time I was successful was when I was silver and I saved my one lounge pass for the return trip which made it a great flight back.

I'm staying in HK for three nights
Sep 02, 2016, 03:44 PMCheck out JJ Hotel in Wan Chai I stay there every year in December for the International horse racing. No food or bar but good size rooms and very clean. Easy walk to MTR and great eating and nightlife. Under $A100 a night.
