You can try Spanish Orange SIM card (sold at e.g. SIM Corner Sydney airport Intl terminal, next to gate 53).
In the EU countries (not Switzerland or Norway) it offers:
For EUR 1.0: 100MB of data at reasonable speeds
For EUR 1.0: 60 minutes of incoming calls (or outgoing calls to the country you are in).
Worked pretty well for me in the UK and Bulgaria recently.

Yeah that Spanish Orange (French telecom) product is quite good, although it's only 3G and you can't tether, I believe.
By the way Scotland = UK. Ms Sturgeon hasn't got her way yet!

Dimi, on the simcorner site, it says Norway is included. Why do you say not Norway? Or were you just referring to its EU status?

It's very easy to get from the stores at the Copenhagen Central station or the airport.

Don't know what your requirements are for "best SIM" for those countries.
Anyway, I'd get a Three SIM from SimCorner at SYD for $50, giving you 12GB of data in the UK and Denmark (and many other European countries, USA, Australia, etc), but no local voice calls. For voice calls I'd use Skype.
