All 333s are completed. 13/18 332s are completed with 2 in the shop, leaving 3 operating without business suites.
Of these three, one is a domestic aircraft and is now mostly being used on the east coast triangle, mostly SYD-MEL, and appears to be avoiding PER
The other two have SkyBedIs and are used on SYD-HNL (5/wk) and seemingly a mix of SYD-BKK/PVG/HKG and some domestic legs -- so unlikely that you get one on a SIN service.
By mid-Aug the next two aircraft will likely go in and suspect it will just be the HNL route with SkyBeds until mid-Sep

I think it's fair to say the question was unclear as it could elicit both a positive and negative response depending on whether the letter or spirit of the question was taken into account.

Apologies for the confuision, I was looking to depart SIN - SYD on Aug 20/21 and was wondering if the A333/A332 thats on the rosta has a lie flat business suite (didnt know it was called it, as the qantas wesite mentioned that most of their a333/2 are with skybeds :/ . didnt want to spend money for a business class ticket that didnt have a lie flat product.

20 Aug: SIN/SYD
21 Aug: SIN/SYD
New Config = Those new seats (God know what the name is). But it is not the Skybed Mark II which is the other flat bed you get on the QF A380.

Skybed Mark I - 2 x A332's, 2 x 747's (Angled)
Skybed Mark II - All A380's, 9 x 747's (Horizontal Flat bed)
Qantas Business Suite - All A333, 13 x A332's (Flat business suite) with the remaining five A332's either in/"scheduled in" for refurbishment in the next few months.
Still a chance to get a Skybed Mark I to Singapore, but a very small chance. As @Moa states Skybed A332 being used mainly for HNL and other Asian routes.
Once the A330 refurbishment is complete, the only Skybed Mark I left will be the 2 x 747's.

I was faced with the same dilemma when booking a trip from SYD-SIN return, where the SIN-SYD leg on QF was on an unrefurbished plane, so ended up booking with Singapore Airlines instead where I have the flexibility to choose from the 777-300ER or the A380 (guaranteed lie-flat seat)
FWIW - SIA was cheaper than QF
