I will be flying from JFK to ORF (Norfolk) next March on American Airlines in economy.

I have Qantas Club and Priority Pass, what are my lounge options? I've read somewhere that as a Qantas Club member you can use Admiral lounge flying AA but can't confirm it. Otherwise, how easy is it to hop between terminals in JFK as no Priority Pass lounge in AA terminal.

Yep, a Qantas Club card will get you into the AA lounge. Just a note that one of the JFK lounges is being refurbished, or at least it was when I was last there in June, but the other in the satellite terminal is open.

Thanks a lot. That really helps.

JFK terminals are separate buildings; think Heathrow rather than Changi. Most lounges are airside so it'd be difficult (if not impossible) to transfer airside.

There is no airside transfer at JFK.
There is an airtrain between terminals, rental car/airport hotel shuttle pick up and connections to NYC public transport. This train is fully land side.
