Has anyone come across issues connecting their Samsung Galaxy tablets to the VA entertainment app on board? I'm come across 2 people with the same issue and wondering if anyone knows why this happens and how to fix the issue. Latest version of the app is downloaded. Can get into the app, just can't watch or play anything.
It's a known bug that has plagued the system for years. Unfortunately this is the type of thing that happens when you pry a 'consumer' device into an 'enterprise' level platform - and then expect it to perform like an enterprise level component. :-(
The best thing to do would be to email the VA IFE team. I'm sure you should be able to do so either directly or via the Guest Relations page on the VA website.
