Noticed on flight radar Virgin has a Brisbane to Dunedin flight arriving 11.45pm Friday  night and leaving at 8am for return.  Anybody know how they crew this? Wouldn't  have enough time to go to a hotel. Do crews shuttle to Christchurch?

Yep.  Similar to 'Qantas' NZ crew who are all locals and arrive home on late night flights having done AKL-SYD-AKL etc.
