Hi all - has anyone else not had their 75 Status Credits applied as part of the recent AMEX Ultimate Card sign-up promotion? For me it's been over 10 weeks and I have completed my eligible Qantas flight, met the spend requirements and I still haven't received the bonus.


I phoned Qantas Frequent Flyer and they advised me to speak to AMEX. I spoke to AMEX and they said Qantas need to apply the bonus, but they will 'raise a marketing case' with them on my behalf, so I don't have to contact them again.

What has your experience been?

Thanks for confirming Rhinojames, it's somewhat comforting knowing it's not just me. Have you contacted AMEX or Qantas about it? Did they give you the same spiel?

They finally arrived .... Return flight 10th April, credited 26th June.

Same here! My return flight was on the 7th of April and the Status Credits were credited overnight.

Someone must have sent down the batch file ;)
