Why does QF advertise the Skybed to Perth from Mel and Syd when out of Mel they only have 3 x 333 a week? Unfortunately flew a week ago on a 332 in J, back on the 767, dreadful seating middle seats blocked off on the 332 with a tray, very average service and catering on both sectors. Does anyone know if QF is going to upgrade their domestic J service as currently it is pretty poor value for money?

There's currently 2 to 3 flights a day on SYD-PER-SYD with Skybed product, that I know of. International configured A332s with the product are not scheduled domesticly, but are put into serive daily apparently.

I too was really miffed. Having flown WLG-MEL wiht onward to PER I was astonished to not have service I was expecting. Anyway, I figured PER-BNE on the Friday would make up for it. What a fool. Surely there are laws that would prevent any trader (that is what QF is), llowing misperceptions of such a great magnitude. The crew seem to have been briefed as to a response because when questioned on both flights, repsonse was almost identical, word for word. How is it that QF can charge around $4000 return from East to West return when for less than double that you can fly with them from FRA-AKL-FRA in business class????
