Hi , Anyone had a similar issue in the past while trying to transfer Velocity points to Krisflyer online ? I tried to make the transfer and the website said the transfer didn't happen but the points have been debited from my velocity account but not reflected in my krisflyer account . Curious to know how long it took to fix the issue ? I am hoping to make a last minute booking on Singapore Airlines but Velocity support is saying that it takes 5 business days to get this sorted . Appreciate any assistance or tips to get this issue fixed asap .

Yep - same thing happened to me a few months ago. Not happy with 5 days standard response as I was worried the SQ seat I was after would be gone before I could get my points back. I range Velocity (I am Platinum) and after making my displeasure known they elevated my complaint and recredited the points within 24 hours. Next time time they transferred to Krisflyer straight away with no problem.

I transferred amex points into krisflyer few days back. It took 48+ hrs, but it happened without any extra help, but the website did not confirm the transfer had taken place. Obviously, some sort of issue going on.
