Flew Qantas MEL>DFW last month in First and discovered that American has just opened Flagship First Dining in a very small room within the Terminal D lounge. I wasn't given access automatically - had to get a date stamped card at the reception desk.
As discussed at the loungebuddy website, there nothing to get excited about. Especially compared to the Qantas First lounges in Sydney and Melbourne. Make sure you book a massage!

The "Flagship Dining" is like the BA Concorde Room. F cabin pax only. The current invite to status at DFW is temporary while the lounge is refit. Once DFW reopens one of the Admirals Clubs as a Flagship lounge, the Flagship Dining will become like the JFK F lounge with F lounge access to applicable status and cabin pax and Dining only to F pax (international oneworld F and 3 class F on AA transcon). The same will apply to the T4 LAX lounges when they reopen.
yes i used it last week. total flop and waste of space and the "inivitation" card they go on with as if you are going into this up market private lounge

That has been open since late 2015 (it's the old smokers lounge which is why it's such a confined space).
