A 2 second google search reveals that they only have one arrivals lounge and that's in Abu Dhabi.
The Radisson Blue has showers and charge GBP 6.50 per person. Bookings may be required so phone ahead. For details google "Manchester airport showers".

Thanks - I've only just got electricity so Google is new to me.
My post was about Lounge Access on arrival, not Arrival Lounge, i.e. can I get into the Etihad First and Business lounge at Manchester Airport when I arrive, or is it only for departures per their website. I'm Platinum on VA so often use this benefit, hence the question.
I don't know Manchester Airport, but presuming you're on an international flight, then the answer is almost certainly no, because you'll be arriving in a secure area where you'll go through the UK border, which will then deliver you to the arrivals hall. The EY lounge will be on the Departures level, to which you won't have access.

Hi All - do Etihad provide lounge access on arrival? I'm travelling SYD>AUH>MAN next month in J and will probably need a shower when I arrive.
