I would say excellent chances since its part of the rules of Oneworld Emerald. You may have to re educate the people at the door but Oneworld rules state it needs to be a Oneworld flight. Doesnt say same flight.

Emirates is not a member of OneWorld remember so the Emirates operated flight is not OneWorld operated.

But would entry to F lounge would be dependent on wife having at least WP QFF status?

Nope. She doesn't even need to be in a FF program.

For OneWorld access, both you and your guest need to be travelling on OneWorld operated and marketed flights. You can try, but I don't think access will be granted.
"Next onward flight that day must be on a oneworld operated and marketed flight.#
One guest allowed and must be travelling on a oneworld operated and marketed flight.#"

Had similar in Auckland a while ago. I was flying Emirates on a QF number, mate was flying Qantas. Went to the qf lounge and was told no to him as I was on the Emirates flight - Said that sounds silly and I was still allowed but no guest, in the end had to plead ignorance and then my mate was allowed in as a favour. I've had guest problems there before so maybe it's just that particular lounge.

Since the OP is flying Emirate metal, OneWorld rule may not apply thus the answer could be no. Would be great to get a report from the OP if they can get through.
