    The MEL International Business lounge needs moving to a better location with some natural light like the lounge in SYD has.The first lounge in AKL is underwhelming with no a la carte dining, no S&P squid etc.

    Maybe QF should have thought about scaling up anticipating the surge in demand for the website today. It’s not like it would have been unpredictable. Lots of 500 errors trying to book seats today.

    The biggest problem with the 787 is that with fewer seats there's less capacity and with less capacity the chance of upgrades, classic reward seat availability are likely to be lower. A big stack of points is not much use if there's not the availability there to use the points.

    One of the main reasons I try to fly on QF on their partners as much as possible is that QF offers lifetime status.

    You need to offset the flight at the time of booking with a booking directly on qantas.com Also make sure the offset is over $1. If you do both those things it should work smoothly.
