Well, it's landed! Looking to book a few flights for the next 12 months. But what if I later change the dates?
The FAQs on the registration page don't address this. Digging into the fine print, headed "Important Information", under the FAQs... it's implied, but not stated explicitly, that as long as the new dates are within the promotional period (ie, until 28 Feb 2024), you'll still get the double credits:
"If you cancel your initial qualifying booking or change it to be outside the promotional period, the double Qantas Points or double Status Credits offer will not apply. "
Can anyone confirm or otherwise? Thanks!

My experience is where I needed to change dates on a DSC qualifying flight within the promotional period I did receive the DSC.
Are people having issues registering on the Qantas site? I am continuing to get a message stating they have having issues and it wont go to the registration page.

I registered yesterday but have not received an email. Want to book 1 or 2 international flights in J and would be good to have confirmation I will be rewarded with DSC.
I have registered again and same screen - not recognition that I was already registered.

Just an update. I used the email I received from Business Rewards and registered and received reply email immediately.

For those Points Club Plus members looking to book Classic Reward seats during this promo, I was told that double SCs will still apply (albeit at the lower level that PCP CR flights earn). Anyone received similar intel?

I have a travel credit available that already has double status credits attached (as a bonus for not taking a refund on a cancelled flight)
Does anyone know whether if I choose double points for a booking I would get double status with the travel credit and double points with the promo. I know in January when they ran double points to ‘use your credit’ the terms allowed you double points AND double status if your travel credit provided double status….

Could someone please confirm or show me in the fine print that if I flew on an Emirates metal with a QF flight number it does or does not qualify for the double status/points promotion? Thank you.

I have been trying for days to register but keep getting the message saying they have technical difficulties and to try again.
Doesn't change if I use a different browser or computer or phone.
I also didn't receive an email about the offer.
I really don't want to make a call, any further suggestions?

Hi ryanpst,
Qantas sometimes only offer the DSC to a targetted membership. So, regrettably you may be out of luck.
While I got the email, I first noticed the offer in the Qantas app, and was successful in being able to register through that. I screen-shotted the in app acknowledgment but didn't need it, as the email confirmation landed soon after.

It took me about 50 clicks of the ‘try again’ button but just after lunch today the site accepted my registration.
Seems to be a technical issue on their website
