Transiting in Sydney on a Qantas business flight to Indonesia.

Qantas Gold member here, plus I'm flying business, so no first lounge access.

From what I can see, I can have access to the Qantas International Business Lounge or the Emirates Lounge in Sydney.

Which is the better way to burn 2 hours?

Thanks in advance.

I think most would vote for the Emirates lounge, but assuming you're on QF41, it won't be open.

It should be from 26 March once EK add their 4th daily flight to compensate for QF’s withdrawal from DXB. It leaves at 1655 so Lounge should open around 1400 - prob not much time I guess if you’re on the QF41.

Thanks, I had missed that, so they might be able to squeeze in a half hour or so.

Qantas Business lounge in Syd is often overcrowded. Emirates would be a better option if it is open. The real champagne offer at Emirates lounge is always a plus for me :)
