I've booked two J-class flight on China Airlines and joined Dynasty Flyer, but can't get the flights to appear on the Dynasty Flyer website pages or app. When I signed up to the program it had no place for a middle name, but my bookings do and that caused an issue. So, I called Taiwan and they sent a form to add my middle name, which required my passport, etc. With that solved, still no joy! Why? Because their system joins your first and middle names into one long name, but my bookings have separate first and middle names. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Has anyone else had this problem (I don't see how you can't) and did you find a resolution?
Can you just claim missing points after the flight or show your frequent flyer card at check-in? Most frequent flyer programs only check for a matching last name and first initial to account for issues like this (or people like me who sometimes travel on flights as Chris and other times as Christopher), so that points still automatically come through.

Thanks Chris. Yes, I can claim them afterwards and will try at check-in, but would just like to see my flights in the app beforehand.

Never put middle name in the booking. It only creates hassles.

Lucky you! Lol... I'm still battling with the customer service people to see what they can do.
