Im on QF2 next week in First but only from Singapore to Sydney. Do I get the free chauffeur for this or is that only for those who originate in London.
Go to Manage My Booking on the QF website, and look for the option to book a Chauffeur Drive. It'll let you book one if you're entitled.
Tanks phily. I cant see that option there. Looks like those who take just the last leg, as opposed to the entire trrip from london, dont get this perk. shame!
I don't think you are... I'm flying J from MEL to SIN too and I don't get it. Remember seeing somewhere that chauffeur drive is only available if booked on an EK number (and not if on a QF number).
The QF website has been updated about who get's it on a Qantas operated flight...
When booked on a QF ticket and QF operated service or an EK ticket-operated by QF then the QF rules apply as follows
Currently, only Business/First class passengers get it when one of the segments includes (or if connecting to one of these segments the connection time is less than 24 hours):
QF1/2 from Singapore to London or QF9/10 from Perth to London
and the service only available in Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Hobart, Melbourne, Perth, Sydney, Singapore, Christchurch, Wellington, and London.
As a result, if booked on QF1 from Sydney to London then you would get but QF1 from Sydney to Singapore wouldn't get the service.
When the flight is Emirates operated (and either Qantas or Emirates ticketed) then the Emirates Chauffeur drive rules apply (the exception to this is EK operated QF ticketed flights between Asia/NZ and Australia which don't get it).

I called Qantas call centre on the same question and they said the chauffeur service was only for those ongoing to London.

Yes, you won't receive this offering. Then again, I am sure you can manage slumming it in an Uber or taxicab.
