A lot of that is commercial in confidence. The loads to London will also affected by blocking off a certain number of economy seats depending on the winds. So 20 seats short on a particular flight may be due to booking demand or weather. Only Qantas knows that and that is another thing they won't talk about too much. I know that the Dallas A380 flight sometimes blocks off 100 economy seats and then sells three across rows for those left for $200 at the DFW lounge.

But your poll is assuming people make choices on how to get to London by where the plane stops, rather than by price, time or simply what the airline / travel agent puts through.

They started this route literally two weeks ago. Major review and release of route performance won't be for another couple of months.
