Flying Emirates F from Hong Kong in August and just realised that gives us access to Qantas lounge. Emirates lounge looks pretty ordinary from reviews (except for champagne choice) but haven't been in either so would welcome personal experience feedback.
Just to add a slight nuance - the QF HKG lounge is great but the experience drops off a little outside QF flights, eg the char sui bar is closed, fair amount of cleaning going on when I was there and the buffet didn’t seem to be replenished as often. Still may be worth trying both if time permits.
If I am every flying out of HK with either Cathay, Qantas or Emirates I will always use one of the Cathay Lounges. As I am Qantas Platinum that allows me access to their First Class lounges and both Cathy Lounges beat Qantas hands down - in my opinion

Of course Cathay Pier F or Wing F are preferable to any other lounge in HKG, however the question is about access when flying Emirates F. You don't get access to Oneworld lounges when flying Emirates, only access to the Qantas (or Emirates lounge) through their separate partnership...
If the choice is QF or EK in HK it depends if you want space or champagne. QF has more space, lots of space. Open, airy, calm. But EK has French bubbles, QF only Oz bubbles. So - do you want a drink or do you want to relax?

Try Qantas first (it's just after passport control) and then stop off at Emirates on the way to the gate (usually one of the high numbers).

Avoid Qantas lounge if travelling first. Use Cathay First lounge

There is absolutely nothing wrong with oz bubbles, often better than the french ones!
