I have a 30 April QFF membership year and have taken two JQ flights this month (with bundles) which will get me back over the line for Platinum QFF. I haven't been credited these status credits and as two weeks have not elapsed QF does not guarantee that SCs will be in my account yet (which was the QF line when I tried calling.) Dropping to gold for a couple of weeks wouldn't normally be an issue however I have an international flight next week and want to use the Syd F lounge.
I am wondering whether anyone has had a similar situation and if so, whether they have an email address at QFF they recommend contacting - it is a bit annoying because I have meet the Qantas' requirements and feel it would be unfair for me to be denied their promised benefits due to their own slow systems.
I suggest you call QFF 131131. As a Platinum member you should get to someone straight away. Even if the SC credits from your jQ flights don't get to you by 30/4, your status won't drop until about 3rd week of May. If you are currently Gold, it would be a different story though. Hope it works out for you.
They suck. I had three jetstar segments in early march (between 2 and 7th March). Jetstar points have taken a month to post for me last month. Tweeted, and rung them several times - "yes we can see your claim in there, but its waiting for our partner airline to process, and there's nothing we can do" - they said it takes up to 28 days for partner airlines - which is contrary to the 14 stated on their website.
Then on April 11, all three flights were credited.
So I guess its a batching process once a month. Last week I had three more JQ flights, submitted them, but am not holding my breath, as I'm expecting to probably get them by may. Tweeted them again, and they said to wait 28 days. Its a joke.

Don't worry I had the same issue to get me back over the line for WP recently after my anniversary date passed.. QFF back dated the flights to the day of travel the same applies to their QF flights. In saying that I have found that it now take 28 days for JQ credits to come through now. That's my experience lately. Also when they do post keep an eye on your status as they are notorious for not getting it right.
Agree I had flown FJ recently and points and SCs were posted within 48hrs. I have enquired with QFF why it takes so long with JQ. Ans.. They are a different airline and run on a different system and there is nothing we can do about it..........The customer service from both airlines leaves a lot to be desired. Perhaps QF with all those big profits they are making could put some back into getting customer service to a reasonable level like it used to be before 2016
Some have said it is with Jetstar,
perhaps wanting to hold funds for longer before transferring funds for points
to Qanats, however I think the issue appears to be with Qantas.
When I have chased Jetstar as the Qantas Platinum
service person said he was a Jetstar issue and to contact them. I have been able to establish dates
Jetstar claim's that they advised Qantas or confirmed a claim to Qantas for various
flights. It appears Qantas then now sit on this for weeks.
I also can not help but wonder of
this is a new policy of Qantas as to perhaps try and encourage Qantas bookings
over that of Jetstar. In my case all my Jetstar flights are either NZ domestic or Christchurch - Melbourne, where there is no morning Qantas service.

Try Twitter, otherwise if calling doesn't work then your a bit stuck. Emailing can often take a while but it wouldn't hurt to send one off.

I’ve found that it takes up to 30+ days for status and Qantas points to credit. I always have to end up submitting a missing points claim.

Question: if renewal date is 30/4, flew JQ in April But SC get credited in May, do SC then count towards new membership year?

No. It counts in the year the flight was flown.

it is not good enough that JQ takes that long.
