Just wanting to put it out there and see where you all would go. I've got 7th to the 12th of June off and access to Qantas staff travel. Where would you you go on their network for a 6 day break?
Sth America for a 6-day break is too far. You will be spending one day back and forth with rest time. I suggest Lord Howe Island for this break! Stunning place
Staff Travel and a Queens Birthday long-weekend? Not a great mix, IMHO.
My advice? Keep it short (flying time) and ensure there's plenty of flights daily (in case you get bumped).
I would suggest New Zealand (anywhere), possibly Fiji, maybe Singapore or at a stretch, Hong Kong. The other option is to keep it inside Australia and go to anywhere you haven't been (you don't mention your home base).
Sri Lanka..enough choice to Singapore from East coast with 4 code share services to Colombo from there. You could also pop over to Maldives from there. Good weather over there and gives you a few days from the cold.

Asia or Hawaii. A lot to do and see in HK, Bangkok, Singapore, Japan, Mainland China. Hawaii would be great if you wanted a break!

Thanks for the feed back. Currently think Tokyo (loads look good), NZ or domesticly - FNQ or WA.
