I'm a Ambassador and have platinum elite - I keep hoping they'll write to me and offer me Royal Ambassador, but alas no.... Yet I've got no fancy ANA offer.
Have you stayed in Japan in the last year or so? I am led to believe that this is being sent to those that have stayed recently in IHG hotels in Japan...
