I concur with Gaza129. My wife and I flew to SIN ex SYD. 777 outward, A380 back on the "midnight" flight. Both of us had sore backs and felt really constrained by the set-up. Also the crew both ways were not up to standard. My wife's safety belt didn't work on the reclined bed and this didn't seem to register with the crew. Several times we had to repeat requests before we got action.

Really? Let's go through them - Cathay, EVA , JAL and ANA all far superior seats. AA, the new United Polaris and Virgin Australia...even China Eastern has a better seat - so who am I forgetting? Mmmmm I'd even fly Thai over SIA if it was the right plane - hate hate hate those seats - not sure why they are so highly wondered even the food wasn't good on my road the world flight with them, and I flew in the bulk head seats - horrible - most uncomfortable seats in Business class I have ever flown.

I've flown SIN-CPT-SIN-BNE in the A350 and spent close to 30 hours in that seat. I don't understand the complaints. I'm 180 centimetres. Seat was super comfortable, I slept well, screen and IFE are great. Flying again at the end of the year in a mix of 777 and a350 and really looking forward to it...

I was looking at flying Singapore Airlines Bus but after all the comments I think I will look elsewhere.

Ditto.
Recently did SIN-CPT-SIN in the seat as well. Depending which convenience store I leave, I'm 192cm (6'4 in the old money) and with the exception of it being a tad short, have little issue with the seat. Sure it'd be nicer if it was 10-15cm longer but then I'm probably the better part of 20-25cm or so taller than the average Aussie male.
The only compliant I'd have is a bigger foot hole would be ideal but far from a deal breaker.

It's not only tall people having issues. I'm not considered tall, & after JHB-SIN-MEL in the A350-900 my lower back was killing me! The only way to keep my back straight while watching the entertainment was to leave the leg rest only slightly above vertical, to lay back & raise my legs a little I needed to put my feet to the side, ergonomic nightmare. 6 return trips booked in the next 6 months, I have my chiropractor on speed dial. I used to fly Qantas & thought their aircraft were from an Austin Powers movie, but at least they didn't destroy my back!!
