Absolutely love Cathay Pacific signature drink Cathay Delight. Had one in J and now my favourite mock tail. I am stuck in coach for my flight from BNE to HKG and wondering if it is a drink option for those in economy or a biz/first exclusive.
Your best bet is to ask them nicely during a quiet part of the flight.
Likely they will say no during meal service as it's too much of a hassle.
In addition to Sid's suggestion, and I can't speak for Cathay, but I have found on other carriers, the trick to unlocking amazing extra treats can be the provision of treats for the crew. I find Nutella fudge, or peanut butter brownies get the best reactions.

It's a nice idea but from my experience crew are not encouraged to consume food (esp if unsealed) given to them by passengers - for safety reasons. Many airlines ban it.
Sorry to necro this thread, however all you people giving things to cabin crew are basically bribing crew to get things you are not entitled to. You should get exactly what you pay for in dollars or points... if you want J service or F&B then get yourself in J. If you want to reward good service, great - give them something at the end of the flight.

Tim tams to the ISM (black uniform) on boarding will be best approach, then ask them for a Cathay delight during the flight
