Generally, it depends on the lounge attendant. In theory, you are allowed in as long as it is not full as you noted but that is determined at the discretion of the attendant so if you bump into the wrong person, they won't let you in. However, I think most would let you in given its non peak times. You are unable to link digital lounge passes because they are limiting access to Gold and Platinums and even Golds are sometimes turned away.

I can see on Qantas' website that digital complimentary passes are unable to be linked to the Qantas Singapore Lounge.

As djtech has noted, it does depend on the which lion you get at the door, but generally speaking, at off-peak times you should be OK.

I think you will be ok at 3pm. We recently gave two passes to my sister and her husband and they had no issues getting in at this time.
