Could anyone tell me what times and types of meal (eg light supper, full evening meal, snack) I can expect on a late SIN > LHR flight? By late I mean departures after 10pm. It's a 14 hour journey so I'll be in either premium economy or business. Thank you :)

I don't know the specific airline or flight, but in general would include a full dinner service with the option of an express dining service for those inclined to sleep. There will be a mid-flight snack most likely a small sandwhich or smilar and then a full breakfast before landing.

It has been posted in the SQ thread if that helps

In business class, SQ sleeper service meals are usually served at the beginning of the flight with no choice for starter and less main options than normal. Dessert is often just fruit. I'm not sure of the Premium Economy options.

My suggestion if you're flying on SQ322 11:45pm departure from Singapore is to eat dinner prior to the flight and then have breakfast before you land.

Whoops, didn't see/ As Lost_in_SIN said, it would be a light dinner and then a menu of inflight snacks and a more substantial breakfast when you land.

Ditto re above. Just a single dish main (chosen from 3) and desert. Quite basic in today's standards...
