Any experiences flying with Rwandair?

Not sure if I’m expecting a deluge of responses on this one! For various reasons I am flying London - Kigali later in the year on Rwandair. I wondered if anyone had any experience with them? Good or bad!!

There are several reviews online, just do a google search for rwandair a330 review. Last time I checked, the flight departs LGW and travels via BRU, so if a review comes up for the a330 service between KGL and BRU then check it out.

Don't expect luxury, but a functional product. Never flown them but a fair few people I know have. You'll get a comfy bed for a long flight at least.

Their business class product is quite decent and smiliar to SAS. The soft product is a bit more lacking however. Still, they're safe to fly and its decent if you are flying in Business.

Are you flying in business? If so the hard product on their A330 is the same as on Qantas's - the Thompson Vantage XL.
