As per the Cathay website, it looks like Cathay are now using the Asiana Business Lounge in Seoul Incheon.
I was in the old temporary lounge a few weeks ago (Airlines Association Lounge) and it was quote bad.
I've never used any of the Asiana lounges (I'm sure others can chime in here) but from a quick Google search it looks like a pretty good lounge!

It’s unremarkable. Fine for a snack or a drink. Typicaly pretty crowded.

If you happen upon the South Korean craft beer keg cart then pour yourself a pint and enjoy the slight step up from the temp lounge!

Agree with Helpful American. I was in the Asiana Lounge in Seoul earlier this week and it was very crowded. Not many food choices either.
