Definitely just the QF Lounge in T1 (which you have to catch a bus to get to). Even the most expensive Jetstar ticket from Singapore won't get you into a T4 lounge - not even the Cathay one.

I'm interested in this too. Am Qantas Gold and flying from Brisbane to Bali via Jetstar. Good to know about lounge access. What about priority check in? Is this available for Qantas Gold and Platinum members?
