If you are traveling on MH and are QF Platnium, how many people can you take into the QF First Class lounge in SYD? (I am assuming that the QF lounge is better than the MH golden lounge)

One guest is the official rule. There are instances of people getting extra guests in but that's totally up to the QF staff at the lounge's reception desk, with one variable being how busy the lounge is. I'd be a bit concerned about turning up with two guests and being told "Sorry sir, but only one guest is permitted", because what will you do then? And yes, the Qantas First Class Lounge in Sydney is much better than the MAS lounges!
