Changes To Woolworths Rewards Posting Of Points for QFF

Beginning 01st October, 2019 Woolworths Rewards program is changing the way it credits points to Qantas Frequent Flyer.

Currently, points post quarterly (4) times a year in Mar, Jun, Sep and Dec, usually around the 15th of the month. From October, the policy changes. Once you have attained 2000 Woolworths Rewards points (870 QFF points) these will be posted to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account automatically, after they hit your Woolworths Reward account.

An improvement on the current methodology, since members will no longer be dependent on the pre-defined cut-off quarterly dates .. and can look forward to their points being converted to QFF points 'on demand'.

A welcome update, that's for sure! For what it's worth, you can currently convert your Woolworths points over to Qantas on-demand (outside of the quarterly auto-conversions), but you have to call Woolworths and ask. Doing this automatically as the points are earned will be very handy.

Pity Woolworths check-out service has gone down the toilet as management and check out operators are cut. Scored a record and waited 25 minutes at check-out due understaffing. Does Qantas really want to sell miles to a company going down not up?
