Transiting through HKG to Europe on two different PNRs with a 7.5 hour layover in HKG, question is would anyone have an idea on how early BA check-in opens?
It's 3 hours before departure from memory, but jump on the train into the city and make use of the all day check in facility. Once you've dropped your bags and picked up your boarding pass, you can either stay in the city or head back to the airport for some lounging. Enjoy!

You should be able to check in at the transfer desk or even the lounge if it is open, to avoid going downtown, unless you're bags are not checked through.

Unfortunately Qantas wont interline the baggage to final destination even though I am travelling all One World. Only option is to go through immigration, pick up luggage and re-checkin with BA. Thanks though.
We have a similar issue going Qantas to Emirates with a 7 hour transit. Does Emirates bag check open earlier than 3 hours? Or is it a trip into Hong Kong (which we will prob do anyway if no health warnings) to drop bags at the station and then explore?
