QF2 now flying via DRW as of today. Good to see Qantas rerouting after SIN closure and getting Aussies home.......sorry if this info has already been reported elsewhere
Yes was reported overnight on the news wire. Appears the fuel is the issue in Singapore. Makes sense to keep the stop within the country. Safe and good move.
Yes good move by qantas. I'm still waiting to see what BA are doing with BA15/16. Does anyone have any information about where that will stop to refuel?
I just posted on another thread that BA15 and QF2 are both currently enroute to Singapore and still down to fly to Sydney from there this evening. Very interested to see how this plays out!
Would be logical that BA16 would stop in BKK instead which isn't locked out is it?? Seems the best choice as the 777 wouldn't have the range to get from Darwin I expect.

Hi, was on the BA 15 this morning to Sydney, I asked the cabin crew and they had no idea where the flight would now refuel.
