When I was at the singapore lounge last week it was a choice of Wagu beef stirfry or crispy skined fish. I tried both and they were great

When I was there, I sat down at one of the communal dining tables and the waiter came over. You can also sit up at the cooking area where you can just tell the chef what you want and then a waiter will come and offer you a drink. Operates very similar to the First lounges in Melbourne and Sydney

QF Singapore lounge menu is about to change, I'm told – the new Qantas First Winter menu won't actually debut until next Tuesday, June 4.

Thanks David. I'll be using the lounge over the Queen's Birthday weekend. Happy to take some pics of the menu then, but I'm afraid I'm a bit of a luddite when it comes to uploading it on the web!

TRB: don't worry about pics of the menu, but sharing pics of the new dishes would be great - you can always email them to me and I can put them online.

We're getting a briefing on the new menu tomorrow, so I hope to have some details to share at the start of next week. Alas, I'll be passing through the lounge on Sunday but will thus miss the new menu by two days! :(
