Has anyone recently down loaded the IATA Travel pass, and is it worthwhile having for a business trip to the UK? I downloaded it but could not set-up, went into endless 'loop'.
I returned from a trip through Europe last week (10 flights in total) and used paper vax certificates and test certificates the whole way through. Yes, technology is great but my experience is that it's best, simplest, easiest, safest and less time-consuming at this time to simply whip out whatever piece of paper is needed. (make sure you keep copies, of course!).

You have to use a lab compatible with the IATA app for any required COVID tests to use that app.
Check if there any updates to the app. You could try removing the app and re-installing it.
