    I'd like to know too. It *annoys* me that they do this. I'm a very loyal customer trying to get to Platinum One level and could use this promotion. I'm wondering if I'm too loyal - Qantas maybe ignores good customers as they assume you'll keep flying anyway. Coupled with some bizarrely rude treat...
