Reviews: best Oneworld lounges at London Heathrow T3 [2023]
Sep 06, 2023, 09:41 AMWhat's wrong with the American Airlines' Arrivals Lounge? As it is a bit hidden away (T3. landside, on the balcony) and not really advertised it's always empty, the breakfasts are fab and never a queue for a shower.

Reviews: best Oneworld lounges at London Heathrow T3 [2023]
Sep 05, 2023, 01:46 PMThe BA lounges had a revamp with new furniture, a new bar and new catering last month, and I'm now swinging back towards BA again. The AA F lounge has of course also reopened this month, with new a la carte dining.

Air Canada LAX Lounge Access
Oct 05, 2016, 12:01 PMNo connector at all - you have to walk landside. There is a shuttle bus, and you can get access to TBIT on an AC boarding card, but the whole process takes about half an hour as you have to go through security in each terminal. Seriously, is it worth it?

Hyperloop would do Sydney-Melbourne in under an hour
Oct 05, 2016, 11:59 AMThere is a great edition of the TV series Utopia about the very fast rail proposals for MEL-SYD. It really is a laughing matter - it just isn't feasible. Too few passengers, too much cost, noone willing to take the risk. It will never happen!
