    Hi all,Just to note... If the offer isn't showing up on your phone App, it may be becuase your QANTAS App hasn't been updated. In which case, you need to go to the App store, search for the QANTAS App and then update. This worked for my wife and daughter.Hope this helps.

    It would depend on the route, the load for the flight and the class you are traveling in - and the class you request. For example, I imagine that you would rarely get an upgrade to business on QF 9 or 10. As a platinum, I have had good luck going from business to first between Australia and LHR....

    In response to Paulb's question, I suspect that it might be becuase Business Class is full. Have a look on Seat Alerts to see if that is the case.
