May 02, 2018, 02:08 PMI just meant that treating crew with respect and as the professionals they are is better than expecting to be served. I find that good customer service is as much about the way I treat staff as it is the other way around.

Mar 04, 2022, 10:34 PMThanks everyone for the useful inputs. I ended up getting another schedule change email for the return flight and was able to call Qantas and have them rebook to a couple of days later. It was actually one of the quickest and best calls I've had with them.
