Oct 16, 2016, 08:10 PMOne way business class on Virgin Australia to Auckland (Take the Air NZ 777 flight if you can.) That gets you 60 VA Status Credits. Then get a cheap economy ticket on the way home... Sorted!

How can Virgin Australia make Velocity Platinum better?
Oct 12, 2016, 06:14 AMI don't think you would get a lot of people wanting to 'reach for platinum' if you get rid of the benefits you have given gold frequent flyers. I think you will just end up with a rather large contingent of annoyed people. No one likes losing something that they have already been given.
