Flying Emirates First Class (EK flight number) from Hong Kong to Bangkok - as the emirates lounge is closed in HKG at present with Plaza Premium as their alterative option
Can I access the Qantas Lounge in HKG as a Emirates First class passenger?
Assuming the access rules haven't changed recently it looks like you can as Asia is covered by the agreement. One thing worth double checking is that access may also depend on your onwards destination. This may not be an issue as you are traveling within Asia, but potentially worth looking into so you have the info to hand when you need it. Hopefully the QF lounge has reopened by the time you are due to fly, and the operational hours cover the time of your flight too.
It's as Philby says above: the Qantas HKG lounge remains closed, but will reopen sometime in April (no, we don't know when that'll be). One expects the pre-pandemic rules would still apply under the QF/EK alliance, but if you reach HKG before the Qantas lounge opens, you'll probably be bound for the Plaza Premium lounge – unless you want to check out the newer Chase Sapphire Lounge (down the end of T1 where the shuttle train ends, and up to the left) or of course the Amex Centurion Lounge, once again based on eligibility.

I've flown EK Business from HKG-BKK multiple times and used the Qantas lounge. Will be fine.
